Open Question: I got banned from xlink kai. how Can I get unbanned?

I got banned for a stupid reason, I had mods on while I was hosting,and people joined and I GOT BANNED.Is there any way I can get unbanned? I reinstalled my operating system,changed my mac address of my computer,and i also changed my ip address of my computer.And I made a new account and I still can't log on. what do I have to do to get back on xlink kai? please help me....
